Welcome to the Mesquite-Area Vaccination Operation Appointment Scheduler. Your city officials, local hospital staff, and community partners are working diligently to bring you the most up-to-date information as possible. Please be patient with us. New appointments will become available as new vaccine doses become available to our community.
The COVID-19 Vaccines will be administered at the Rising Star Fieldhouse (located behind the hotel).
Step One: Select the date and time of the appointment.
Step Two: After you have selected the date and time of your appointment, select the number "1" from the dropdown box, located to the right of the $0.00 price, indicating you are scheduling one appointment. Note: only one appointment may be scheduled at a time.
Step Three: Enter the patient information. Note: if for any reason you need to be contacted, our staff will use the email and/or phone number provided to contact you.
Step Four: Type the name and email address to send the confirmation email.
Step Five: Click "Submit"
Step Six: Check your email inbox to find the confirmation email. The confirmation email includes your appointment information, the required forms for your appointment that need to be filled out and signed in black or blue ink, as well as information on how to prepare for your appointment.
Please note that the vaccines are offered at no cost.
